How to delete your account on JumpMaster
If for some reason you want to delete your account and remove all your data from the JumpMaster app, all you have to do is follow the following steps:
Step by step instructions
Firstly, to delete your account from the app, you need to be logged in and have the JumpMaster app open.
- From the app homepage, click on the Jumper Profile card, or on the Profile icon on the bottom menu, to go to your profile page.
- Under the Info tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Delete my account”.
- Confirm that your want to delete your account
- Done
Please note that this will delete all your information and your account will not be recoverable.
